Susanna Ogata, violin, and Ian Watson, fortepiano, are joining their rich talents and storied experience to record the complete set of ten Sonatas for Fortepiano and Violin by Ludwig van Beethoven, exclusively on period instruments.  Over the next several years, Susanna and Ian will survey and present this seminal oeuvre of Beethoven, culminating in the preservation of this journey with four recordings.

Goal #1: Record all Beethoven Sonatas for Fortepiano and Violin within 5 years, totalling 4 CDs.  (ONGOING)

Goal #2: Raise $20,000 to help fund the recording and production of the first CD.  (ACHIEVED!)

Goal #3: Raise $12,500 to help fund the recording and production of the second CD.  (ACHIEVED!)

Goal #4: Raise $35,000 to help fund the recording and production of the third AND fourth CD.  (CURRENT GOAL)
